Panel discussion "Women in TESN: from stereotypes to leadership"

On the last Tuesday of the month, June 27, Community Day was held, where we discussed the topic "Women in TECH: From Stereotypes to Leadership." ​

 

They talked interestingly about:

• stereotypes that girls encountered on their way from university to today

• the phenomenon of female leadership, and therefore management

• how to be a mother in IT and how maternity leave works in the industry

• about female programmers and the atmosphere in which they work

• the share of women in the industry is growing every year, and the trend towards women in management positions is obvious
